Attention: Youth Groups have priority
If your group consists of youth campers (Scouts, etc.), then your reservation takes priority regardless of other reservations that appear on the calendar. Youth groups may choose any date*.
*This rule is in effect until April 1 of each year.
Pricing
Our mission is to make camping affordable to youth groups. The cost to reserve the entire Boot Lake Camp facility is only $15/night per camper. In addition, we charge a camp facility fee of $50 (when staying less than 4 nights). If your group is staying 4 nights or more, the camp facility fee is $100.
Example 1:
Troop 1234 is has 20 campers staying 3 nights. Their cost would be ((20 x $15) x 3) + $50 = $950 total
Example 2:
Youth Group ABC has 6 campers staying 5 nights. Their cost would be ((6 x $15) x 5) + $100 = $550 total
Once your reservation has been confirmed by the Camp Director, you will be instructed to complete a Waiver of Liability and provide Payment.
